This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs the use of Procurify (the “Service”) provided by Procurify Technologies Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Service, you (“you” or “your”) agree to comply with this AUP.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not:
- Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
- Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others.
- Transmit any viruses, malware, or other harmful code.
- Interfere with the integrity or performance of the Service or its underlying infrastructure.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or any related systems or networks.
- Engage in any activity that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Service.
- Use the Service to transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, or spam.
- Use the Service to harass, abuse, threaten, or defame any person or entity.
Prohibited Activities
In addition to the restrictions outlined above, the following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Using the Service to engage in any illegal or fraudulent activity.
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any part of the Service.
- Accessing or using the Service for competitive analysis or to build a similar service.
- Selling, leasing, or otherwise transferring your access to the Service to a third party.
- Using the Service in a way that could negatively impact the reputation or goodwill of Procurify Technologies Inc.
Content Restrictions
You are solely responsible for the content you upload, transmit, or otherwise make available through the Service. You agree not to upload, transmit, or otherwise make available any content that:
- Is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another’s privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable.
- Violates intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trade secrets, or patents.
- Contains protected health information (PHI) as defined by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA) and any untruncated financial account identifiers, government issued identifiers, health information pertaining to an individual, or other types of sensitive or special category data that is subject to specific or elevated data protection requirements under applicable privacy laws.
- Contains any viruses, malware, or other harmful code.
- Is intended to deceive or mislead others.
Prohibited Business Industries
Certain business types are restricted from using the Service. These include but are not limited to:
- Private prisons.
- Firearms companies*
- Tobacco companies.
*Non-lethal personal protection manufacturers are non-restricted.
If we believe that a violation of this Policy is deliberate, repeated or presents a credible risk of harm to other users, our customers, the Service or any third parties, we may suspend or terminate your access.
We may modify this AUP at any time by posting the revised AUP on our website. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised AUP.
